The range of Skids AQUASERVER is the result of our 16 years of experience in rainwater recovery systems.
The objective is to offer pre-assembled equipment in order to facilitate and simplify as much as possible the installation of systems in technical rooms and their commissioning.
Thus, no supply of material for the manufacture of an outfit, no assembly error, and ultimately many hours saved
Why several ranges?
Because each project responds to different requirements.
For some, the budget constraint imposes an economic technical choice.
For other operations, the imperatives of energy consumption and communication require more sophisticated products adapted to the new standards. (variable speed, supervision screen, RS485 communication that we offer tailor-made ...)

SKID is understood to mean a administrator made up of a set of pre-assembled elements bringing together the functions of overpressure of filtered rainwater, to the non-potable cold water draw-off points.
The skid ensures a city water make-up respecting disconnection by total overflow (EN 1717) in case of insufficient rainwater resource.
Everything is managed by an electrical cabinet protection which manages the slaving of the various automation and communication commands.
AQUASERVER et AQUASERVER, require installation in a technical room.
- Installation only outdoors.
- Transportable by a simple pallet truck.
- It is not necessary to provide a cleanliness base for their installation.
Other features can be added such as:
- Automatic management of filter cleaning upstream of storage.
- Filtration downstream of the booster unit (bell filter, UVc filter)
- La overflow management the level of the repository (when the altimetry of the building's outlet is at an altimetry greater than the maximum filling level of the repository.)
- Powering an “anti algae proliferation” ultrasonic generator.
- La leak flow management when it is managed by a retention volume integrated into the storage volume.

AQUASERVER responds to performance configurations not exceeding 4m3 / h and set pressures not exceeding 6 bars.
The Skid AQUASERVER is intended for installations requiring higher performance.
In order to meet regulatory requirements, the Skids AQUASERVER are equipped with a buffer tank which allows disconnection by total overflow of the drinking water network which supplies the booster set in the event of insufficient "rainwater" resource.
The Skids AQUASERVER & AQUASERVER are available in three versions.
The P version is intended for installations where the rainwater tank is remote from the technical room, or at a different altimetry, which therefore requires a transfer pump between the tank and the manager.
The VM version is suitable for installations where the rainwater tank is adjacent to the technical room accommodating the manager.
In this case no need for a transfer pump.
The manager can be supplied by gravity, directly from the storage.
All of its functionalities are grouped together in a control box and electrical protection in epoxy coated steel with key.
The orders; settings (level thresholds), operating test, and information on the operation of the system, are accessible via the intuitive front touch screen.
All information is directly visible on the screen: water level storage tank / buffer tank; operation or failure of the various electrical components; EFS & EFNP counting * (if counting option selected)
Access to the settings is password protected, to prevent unintentional changes to the settings parameters.
Beyond the requirements that the regulations * stipulate, the Skid AquaServer integrates into its basic version:
- The system of filter rinsing (for AQUAMAT- AQUAPOT models)
- La lecture du rain water level in the storage tank and in the buffer tank
- Liaison RS 485 for reporting faults and alarms to the (GTB, IP bacnet, other optional communication types)
- 230 V socket (outer side of the cabinet)
La LC version is an economical version where all the functionalities are provided by simple and robust elements.

the use of an overpressure at fixed speed requires the addition of a sufficient pressure maintenance tank to limit the number of hourly starts of the pumps.
